Returns policy
In stock items:

All returns must be received back to us within 28 days of purchase. All items must be in their original packaging and original condition.

 

Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery failure to do this will mean we are unable to issue a refund or resend any missing or damage items. 

Please note if your damaged/missing items are of low value we will not offer a replacement a refund will be provided.


We cannot accept returns that have already been personalised. 
The buyer is responsible for returns postage. When we have received your items, a refund will be issued on receipt of the item as long as all of the above conditions are met and will be minus a 5% restock fee. The cost of postage will also not be refunded and the cost of returning the items must be paid by the buyer.

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size/colour but buyer will need to pay returns postage on the new item. All of the above returns conditions apply for exchange.

If a order has not been delivered on time or is lost, a refund will not be provided until the courier service has carried out a investigation and conclude that the order is lost and confirm compensation will be provided. This could be up to 30 days. This is beyond our control and we will do everything within our power to resolve this for you.

Our couriers provide photographic evidence once delivered. We will not issue a refund if you claim you have not received the parcel and we have evidence stating otherwise.

Pre-order cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, then you will be refunded but any transaction fees (PayPal etc) will be deducted from the refund amount that is returned back to you.
